Ski Lesson Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

- Lessons may be booked as individual sessions or as a block.

- Payment is required in advance to secure a place.

Block bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once the block has commenced, except where stated below.

2. Group Lessons & Minimum Numbers

- Group lessons require a minimum of 3 participants to run.

- If minimum numbers are not met, Perth Ski School reserves the right to:

- offer an alternative time or session, or

- offer a credit or make-up lesson.

A group lesson will not be cancelled without offering a reasonable alternative where possible.

3. Instructor Cancellations

If Perth Ski School cancel a lesson, clients will be offered:

- a make-up lesson or future credit.

This does not entitle clients to a refund for the remainder of a lesson block.

4. Client Non-Attendance

- Missed lessons due to non-attendance are not refundable.

- Where possible, make-up lessons may be offered.

5. Changes to Lesson Times

- Lesson times are fixed at the point of booking.

- Requests to change times are optional and subject to availability.

Requests for flexibility do not constitute a cancellation of the lesson unless confirmed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

- Refunds are at the discretion of Perth Ski School.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
